外源性褪黑素对情感障碍的情绪调控作用:Meta分析和实验序贯分析

Effect of exogenous melatonin on emotion regulation in patients with affective disorder:Meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis

目的:探讨外源性褪黑素对情感障碍的情绪调控作用。方法:纳入使用褪黑素作为单一用药或增效剂治疗情感障碍的随机对照临床试验,综合判断褪黑素对情感症状的疗效,使用试验序贯分析评估结果的稳健性。结果:Meta分析结果显示褪黑素治疗组与安慰剂组相比,对抑郁症和季节性情感障碍患者抑郁症状疗效的合并效应值为0.29(95%CI:0.09~0.49),组间差异有统计学意义(Z=2.82,P=0.005)。试验序贯分析显示Meta分析结果稳定可靠。结论:褪黑素对抑郁症和季节性情感障碍患者的抑郁症状有治疗作用,但对双相障碍患者躁狂症状的作用尚不明确。

Objective:To explore the effect of exogenous melatonin on emotion regulation in patients with affective disorder.Method:Meta-analysis included randomized controlled clinical trials using melatonin as a single drug or synergist in the treatment of affective disorders.The effect of melatonin on emotional symptoms was evaluated.Trial sequential analysis was used to evaluate the reliability of the results.Results:Meta-analysis showed that the combined effect of melatonin treatment group on depressive symptoms in major depressive disorder and seasonal affective disorder was 0.29(95%CI:0.09-0.49)comparing with placebo group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(z=2.82,P=0.005).The trial sequential analysis showed that the results of Meta-analysis were stable and reliable.Conclusion:Melatonin has therapeutic effect on depressive symptoms of patients with major depressive disorder and seasonal affective disorder,but its therapeutic effect on manic symptoms of patients with bipolar disorder is not clear.
