摘要
目的:探究抑郁症与双相障碍患者血清可溶性组织相容性复合体I类相关基因B(sMICB)水平变化,以及其与抑郁症状严重程度的相关性。方法:采用对照研究的方法,共招募148名受试者,包括60名正常组、57例抑郁症患者和31例双相障碍患者,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清sMICB水平;完成汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定。结果:①Kruskal-Wallis H检验显示,抑郁组和正常组之间的sMICB水平差异有统计学差异(P<0.001),双相组和正常组之间的sMICB水平差异无统计学差异(P=0.174),抑郁组与双相组之间的sMICB水平差异有统计学差异(P=0.005);②诊断抑郁症的曲线下面积为0.733,灵敏度为73.3%,特异度为73.7%;③抑郁组和双相组sMICB水平与HAMD得分无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者血清sMICB水平低于正常人群,双相障碍患者血清sMICB水平与正常人群无差异。
Objective:To explore whether the serum soluble major histocompatibility class-Ⅰcomplex B(MICB)levels in patients with depression and bipolar disorder change,and the correlation with the severity of depressive symptoms.Method:A total of 148 patients,including 60 in the normal group,57 with depression and 31 with bipolar disorder,were recruited using a controlled study,and serum sMICB levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-24(HAMD)wase completed.Results:Kruskal-Wallis H test showed that the sMICB level was statistically different between the depressed and normal groups(P<0.001),sMICB level was not statistically different between the bipolar and normal groups(P=0.174),sMICB level was statistically different between the depressed and bipolar groups(P=0.005);the area under the curve for diagnosing depression was 0.733,with a sensitivity of 73.3%and specificity of 73.7%.There was no significant correlation between sMICB levels and HAMD scales in the depression group and bipolar group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The serum sMICB level of patients with depression is lower than that of the normal population,and the serum sMICB level of patients with bipolar disorder is not different from that of the normal population.
