精神卫生专科护士客观结构化考核的标准的信度检验

Reliability test of criteria for objective structured clinical examination for mental health nurses

目的:探讨精神卫生专科护士客观结构化考核(OSCE)标准的信度。方法:以江苏省某精神卫生护理专科护士培训基地的带教老师为研究对象,先由考核专家对OSCE标准逐项讲解和分析,带教老师应用考核标准对专科护士学员考核情况进行评分,1周后带教老师再次应用考核标准对学员的考核情况录像进行评分;分析各考站组内一致性及重测信度。结果:带教老师评分各维度的内部一致性Cronbachα为0.803~0.983;各维度重测相关系数为0.794~0.919;带教老师间的评分一致性为0.814~0.983,带教老师与专家评分差异无统计学意义。结论:精神卫生护理专科护士OSCE标准评价者具有较高的一致性、稳定性。

Objective:Exploring the reliability of objective structural clinical examination(OSCE)for specialized mental health nurses.Method:The teachers of a mental health nursing training base in Jiangsu Province were enrolled,the OSCE standard was explained and analyzed item by item by examination expert,the teachers used the assessment criteria to evaluate the performance of the student nurses,and then used the assessment criteria again 1 week later to evaluate the students'performance,and analyzed the consistency and test-retest reliability.Results:The Cronbach'sαranged from 0.803 to 0.983 for each dimension.The test-retest corrlation coefficient was 0.794-0.919,The rater's consistency coefficient was 0.814-0.983.There was no significant assessment difference between the teachers and the experts.Conclusion:The evaluation of OSCE standard for Mental Health Nursing nurses has high consistency and stability.
