摘要
通过分析江苏省独立学院师资队伍的现状,发现普遍存在结构不合理、激励机制与保障体系不健全、培养与管理体制不完善等问题,因此提出在内涵建设阶段必须加强师资队伍建设的观点。文章从合理制定人才引进计划,建立健全人才培养体系和完善人才激励机制三个维度,探索了独立学院师资队伍的建设路径。
By analyzing the current situation of the teaching staff of independent colleges in Jiangsu Province,it is found that many problems are commonly existed in,such as unreasonable structure,imperfect incentive mechanism and guarantee system,imperfect training and management system,and so on.Therefore,it is proposed that the construction of the teaching staff must be strengthened in the period of intension development of the colleges.This paper explores the construction path of the teaching staff in independent colleges from following three dimensions:making a reasonable talent introduction plan,establishing and improving the talent training system and improving the talent incentive mechanism.
