摘要
针对注水系统能耗大的问题,对注水系统进行能耗调查,围绕单元设备效率、管网效率、注水区域平衡等问题进行研究,应用仿真优化技术,指导系统生产运行,并对管网存在的问题提出改造方案,应用高压注水泵涂膜技术,提高注水泵效,降低泵水单耗。并对于部分高启动压力注水井导致系统管网效率低的问题,提出节能方案,为油田注水系统挖掘节能潜力积累经验。
the problem of large energy consumption in water injection system,the water injection system energy consumption investigation,around the unit equipment efficiency,network efficiency and to study the regional balance problems such as water injection,the application of simulation optimization technique,operation guidance system,and the problems existing in the network retrofit scheme is put forward,the application of high pressure injection pump coating technology,improve the water flood pump efficiency,reduce the pumping unit consumption.In addition,for the low efficiency of the system pipe network caused by some water injection Wells with high start-up pressure,an energy-saving scheme is proposed to accumulate experience for the oil field water injection system to tap the energy saving potential.
