低黏损三元复合驱分注工具优化设计

摘要 针对目前三元复合驱井下分注工具黏损率大的问题,调查分析了影响三元复合驱井下分注工具剪切大的主要原因:分注工具表面结垢、分注工具结构设计不合理。根据影响三元复合溶液黏损的主要因素,进行了分注工具表面抗垢材料的选择和分注工具结构参数的优化,措施实施后现场统计结果表明:新型聚酯类材质分注工具表面结垢时间由3个月延长至13个月,三元复合溶液流经优化后的分注工具后黏损率由12.3%下降至8.2%,经过材料优选和结构参数优化,三元复合溶液黏损得到有效控制,可有效降低985.51万元工艺成本,为大庆油田三元复合驱工艺推广提供了有力的保障。 Aiming at the current problem of high viscosity loss rate of downhole injection tools for ASP flooding,this article investigates and analyzes the main reasons that affect the large shear of downhole injection tools for ASP flooding:scaling on the surface of the injection tool and poor structural design of the injection tool.According to the main factors affecting the adhesion loss of the ternary composite solution,the selection of anti fouling materials on the surface of the dispensing tool and the optimization of the structural parameters of the dispensing tool were carried out.After the measures were implemented,the on-site statistical results showed that:The fouling time was extended from 3 months to 13 months.After the ternary composite solution passed through the optimized dispensing tool,the viscosity loss rate decreased from 12.3% to 8.2%.After material optimization and structural parameter optimization,the ternary composite solution was damaged.Under effective control,it can effectively reduce the process cost of 9.8551 million yuan,which provides a strong guarantee for the promotion of the ASP flooding process in Daqing Oilfield.
