摘要 在工业生产领域中,流量仪表所发挥的作用至关重要。但是在流量仪表的具体应用中,能耗问题始终是一项有待解决的问题。为了实现流量仪表的节能优化,对工业流量计量中的几种常用流量仪表及其节能优化进行分析,实践证明,相关企业应根据实际情况,采取适当的新型流量仪表来替代传统孔板节流形式的流量仪表,比如V锥形流量仪表、多孔孔板流量仪表以及毕托巴流量仪表等。既可以节约成本,又可以实现流量仪表的节能优化。 In the field of industrial production,flow meter plays a very important role.However,in the application of flow meter,energy consumption is always a problem to be solved.To achieve energy-saving optimization of flow meter,the industrial flow measurement of several common flow meter and its energy saving optimization were analyzed,and the practice proves that the related enterprises should according to the actual situation,take the appropriate new flow meter to replace the traditional form of orifice throttling flow meter,such as V taper porous orifice flow meter,flow meter with pitot flow meter,etc.It can not only save cost,but also realize energy saving optimization of flow meter.
