摘要
某厂共有普污、深污、聚驱三套注水系统,为挖掘注水系统节能潜力,对全厂25座注水站、87座配水间、60座注入站、4703口注水(入)井的压力、流量等参数进行调查。对有参数不合理的机泵进行优化调整,以适应目前的生产需求,根据生产情况的变化,动态调整系统运行方式。通过优化调整注水系统整体运行,结合单台注水泵参数调整,在保障油田注水的前提下,大幅度降低了注水能耗。日节约电量5.29×10^(4) kWh,节约水0.126×10^(4) m^(3),取得了较好的效果。
In order to explore the energy saving potential of water injection system,the pressure and flow of 25 water injection stations,87 water distribution rooms,60 injection stations and 4703 water injection Wells were investigated.Optimize and adjust the pump with unreasonable parameters to adapt to the current production demand,and dynamically adjust the system operation mode according to the change of production conditions.By optimizing and adjusting the overall operation of the water injection system and adjusting the parameters of a single water injection pump,the energy consumption of water injection is greatly reduced on the premise of ensuring the oil field water injection.The daily energy saving is 5.29×10^(4) kWh and water saving is 0.126×10^(4) m^(3).
