中性除氧抛光酶的节能环保工艺

抛光酶主要用于去除棉或含棉针织物的布面毛羽,中性除氧抛光酶在中性条件下抛光效果好,具有一定的除氧功能,对染色同浴和染后抛光布面色光影响小,对织物强力损伤小,可缩短工艺时间,操作方便,节能环保。用中性除氧抛光酶TF-161LC对棉针织物进行抛光,抛光后的织物纹理清晰,强力损伤小,色光影响小,除氧效果好。

Polishing enzyme is mainly used to remove the hairs of cotton or cotton contained knitted fab⁃rics.Neutral deoxidize polishing enzyme has optimum performance under the neutral condition,and it also has deoxidize effect.It has little influence on the color shade of dyeing in one bath and polishing cloth after dye⁃ing.Furthermore,the strength loss of fabric is less by using polishing enzyme.The polishing enzyme process greatly short the process time.It's an energy saving and environmentally friendly process,and it′s easy to be operated.The cotton knitted fabrics were polished by neutral deoxidize polishing enzyme TF-161LC,the fab⁃rics treated by TF-161LC had clear texture,less strength loss,little influence on color shade,and good deoxi⁃dize effect.
