摘要
阳离子染料在喷丝环节对腈纶纤维进行着色的连续化生产加工过程中,存在着色纤维色牢度不够理想的问题。采用原位矿化技术对着色腈纶纤维进行后处理,优化的工艺参数为:矿化助剂XBD质量浓度0.5 g/L,XYS质量浓度1.5 g/L,在95℃条件下矿化处理5 s,可使排放染色残液的色度降低率达44.4%,CODCr降低率达到92.5%。
In the continuous production of acrylic fiber dyed by cationic dyes in spinning process,the color fast⁃ness of colored fiber is not ideal.The colored acrylic fiber is post treated by in-situ mineralization technology.The optimal process is the mineralizing agent XBD 0.5 g/L,XYS 1.5 g/L,mineralization treatment at 95℃for 5 s,the chromaticity and CODCr of discharged dyeing residue can be reduced by 44.4%and 92.5%respectively.
