摘要
According to the latest Blue Book on China’s Business Environment Index(2021)which was released recently,Shanghai topped the rankings in terms of the business environment in China,as it had a very balanced performance in all five of the following primary indicators:public services,market environment,government environment,financing environment,and inclusive innovation.Moreover,Shanghai also took the lead in the scores of secondary indicators,namely,the open environment,foreign trade dependency,number of financing events and the total amount of financing.
