妇科千金胶囊联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗原发性痛经的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin capsules combined with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

目的:探究妇科千金胶囊联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年6月收治原发性痛经患者134例,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,各67例。对照组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗;研究组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合妇科千金胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)评分、疼痛(VAS)评分、痛经持续时间、血细胞压积及血浆黏度水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合妇科千金胶囊治疗原发性痛经,可显著改善患者血液流变学指标水平,缓解疼痛,缩短痛经持续时间,提升临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Fuke Qianjin capsules combined with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:From October 2019 to June 2020,134 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment methods with 67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets.The study group was treated with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets combined with Fuke Qianjin capsules.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the CMSS score,pain(VAS)score,dysmenorrhea duration,hematocrit and plasma viscosity levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets combined with Fuke Qianjin Capsules in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea can significantly improve the level of hemorheological indexes,relieve pain,shorten the duration of dysmenorrhea,and improve clinical efficacy.
