循证护理应用于习惯性流产患者妊娠后心理护理中的效果探讨

Effect of evidence-based nursing in psychological nursing of habitual abortion patients after pregnancy

目的:探究习惯性流产患者妊娠后心理护理中应用循证护理的效果。方法:将2019年8月-2020年8月收治的习惯性流产患者78例作为研究对象,通过随机抽样填表法分为两组,每组39例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予循证护理,包括制定循证护理方案、实施认知干预、情志干预及行为干预。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量量表(QOL)评分及护理满意度。结果:试验组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:习惯性流产患者妊娠后心理护理中应用循证护理,可有效缓解患者负性情绪,提升生活质量,促进预后恢复,提高护理满意度,值得大力推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in post-pregnancy psychological nursing for patients with habitual abortion.Methods:A total of 78 patients with habitual abortion who were included in the treatment from August 2019 to August 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random sampling and filling in the form.Each group included 39 patients.The control group was given routine nursing care;the test group was given evidence-based nursing,including the formulation of evidence-based nursing plans,implementation of cognitive intervention,emotional intervention and behavior intervention.Compare the two groups of patients with the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,quality of life(QOL)score and nursing satisfaction.Results:The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the QOL score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in post-pregnancy psychological nursing of patients with habitual abortion can effectively alleviate the patients'negative emotions,improve the quality of life,promote prognosis recovery,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of vigorous promotion.
