摘要
目的:探讨强化安全教育对神经内科护理安全管理的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年9月神经内科患者86例,按照不同护理方式分为两组,各43例。对照组接受常规护理;观察组接受安全教育强化管理联合常规护理。比较两组护理危险事件发生率、安全知识得分和护理质量评分。结果:观察组护理危险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者安全知识得分、护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科患者的护理工作中强化安全教育,有助于患者自我疾病管理能力的提高,护理安全度得到加强,最大程度避免了危险事件的发生。
Objective:To explore the influence of strengthening safety education on the nursing safety management of patients in neurology department.Methods:From March 2019 to September 2020,86 patients in neurology department were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different nursing methods with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine care.The observation group received safety education strengthened management combined with routine care.The incidence of nursing risk events,safety knowledge score and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The safety knowledge scores of patients in the observation group are higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening safety education in the nursing work of neurology patients will help patients improve their self-disease management ability,enhance the safety of nursing care,and avoid the occurrence of dangerous events to the greatest extent.
