早期康复护理措施对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后肢体功能与生活质量的影响

Effects of early rehabilitation nursing measures on postoperative limb function and quality of life in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

目的:探讨早期康复护理措施对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后肢体功能与生活质量的影响。方法:2018年3月-2020年2月收治老年股骨颈骨折患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组接受常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上应用早期康复护理措施。比较两组患者髋关节功能、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果:研究组术后6个月Harris评分、Barthel评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理措施对于老年股骨颈骨折手术患者术后肢体功能康复具有显著的促进作用,且保障了生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing measures on postoperative limb function and quality of life in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2020,88 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The study group applied early rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing.The hip function,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The Harris score and Barthel score of the study group were higher than those of the control group at 6 months after operation,the nursing satisfaction was also higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing measures can significantly promote the rehabilitation of postoperative limb function of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,and ensure the quality of life of them.
