Objective:To analyze the effect of PDCA circulating quality management combined with hydrocolloidal dressings on tension blisters in patients with closed tibiofibular fractures. Methods:From January 2018 to June 2020,90 cases of tension blisters patients with closed tibiofibular fractures were enrolled, they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hydrocolloidal dressing intervention, while the experimental group was treated with PDCA circulating quality management combined with hydrocolloidal dressing intervention. The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared. Results:The severity of tension blisters of the experimental group was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 3 d and 5 d after operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of swelling, pain disappearance and lengths of stay in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulating quality management combined with hydrocolloidal dressing can not only significantly improve the severity of tension blister of closed tibiofibular fractures, improve nursing management quality, but also reduce postoperative pain, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
