摘要
空间行波管用于实现微波信号的放大,因此需要具有较高的转换效率、可靠性等指标。本文利用模拟软件对双阳极电子枪、双渐变螺线慢波结构、四级降压收集极等结构进行设计,实现了大容量通信卫星对Ku波段行波管提出的大功率、高效率、辐射散热等需求。在此基础上研制的Ku波段辐冷空间行波管实现了1 GHz带宽内功率≥202 W,效率≥67.4%,达到了主要技术指标要求。
Space traveling wave tubes(TWTs)are used to amplify microwave signals,which are required of high conversion efficiency and high reliability.Software is used to simulate the structures of dual-anode electronic gun,double taper helix and 4-stage depressed collector.The results show that theoretical design can meet the requirement of high power,high efficiency and radiation-cooled from high-capacity communications satellites.Based on the design,Ku-band space TWTs are developed.The TWTs have power more than 202 W and efficiency greater than 67.4%in 1 GHz bandwidth,which meets the technical requirements.
