不同工艺处理的牛骨粉对废水中铅离子的吸附性能 被引量:2

摘要 研究经不同工艺处理后的牛骨粉对溶液中Pb 2+的吸附性能,探讨牛骨粉煅烧温度、保温时间、pH值、吸附剂的剂量、吸附时间等因素对Pb 2+吸附的影响。牛骨粉吸附铅离子过程符合Freundlich吸附等温方程,吸附过程符合准一级动力学方程。采用多种表征手段分析了牛骨粉吸附废水溶液中铅离子的机理。研究结果表明,牛骨粉能有效地吸附废水溶液中的铅离子,是一种具有潜在应用价值的污染废水处理剂。 Bovine bone powder was prepared under different conditions for the immobilization of lead ions in aqueous solutions.The effects of different heating time and temperature,pH value,adsorbent dosage and adsorption time on adsorption performance were investigated.The adsorption kinetics and isotherms for Pb 2+could be well fitted by the pseudo first order kinetic model and Freundlich isotherm model,respectively,which could be used to describe the adsorption behavior.The mechanism of Bovine bone powder in immobilizing Pb 2+ions from aqueous solutions were investigated experimentally.The results showed that bovine bone powder effectively immobilizes lead ions in solution,which makes it a good potential prospect in the field of waste water treatment.
