醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果研究

Clinical study on the effect of leuprorelin acetate combined with mirena in the treatment of adenomyosis

目的:研究醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的临床价值。方法:2019年9月-2020年8月收治子宫腺肌症患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。试验组应用醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐治疗;对照组应用醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后VRS痛经评分及PBAC月经量评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)2、MMP-9和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生比率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症,能够提升临床治疗效果,减轻患者痛经症状。

Objective:To study the clinical value of leuprorelin acetate combined with mirena in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:From September 2019 to August 2020,74 cases of patients with adenomyosis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with leuprorelin acetate combined with mirena.The control group was treated with leuprorelin acetate.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VRS dysmenorrhea score and the PBAC menstrual volume score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Leuprorelin acetate combined with mirena in the treatment of adenomyosis can improve the clinical treatment effect and relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea in patients.
