摘要
目的:研究中医药治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年10月收治不稳定性心绞痛患者107例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规西药治疗;观察组联合益气活血方治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院2个月后的症状频次及症状持续时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院随访1年后的终点不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不稳定性心绞痛治疗中对症联合中医药治疗,可提升临床治疗效果,减少不良预后风险。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of unstable angina.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019,107 cases of patients with unstable angina were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment.The observation group combined with Yiqi Huoxue decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity hematocrit and other indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of symptoms and the duration of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 2 months after discharge,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With 1 year of follow-up after discharge,the incidence of adverse events at the end point of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of unstable angina,symptomatic treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine can not only improve the clinical effect,but also reduce the risk of adverse outcomes.
