不同压力空气波压力治疗仪预防脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

Observation on the effect of different pressure air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after cerebral apoplexy

目的:比较不同压力下,空气波压力治疗仪预防脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的护理效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年4月收治脑卒中患者150例,随机分为观察组1(压力30~59mmHg)、观察组2(压力60~89mmHg)、观察组3(压力90~119mmHg)、观察组4(压力120~149mmHg)、观察组5(压力150~179mmHg),各30例;同时选取常规护理患者30例,作为对照组。比较6组临床预防DVT效果。结果:对照组DVT发生率高于其他5组,观察组1发生率高于其他4组观察组,观察组2高于3、4、5组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组3、4、5组DVT发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在对脑卒中患者进行压力空气波压力治疗仪应用时,将压力设置为90~119mmHg即可获得较好的治疗效果,患者的DVT预防效果最为优良。

Objective:To compare the nursing effects of air wave pressure therapy device in preventing deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs after stroke under different pressures.Methods:From May 2018 to April 2019,150 stroke patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group 1(pressure 30~59 mmHg),the observation group 2(pressure 60~89 mmHg),the observation group 3(pressure 90~119 mmHg),the observation group 4(pressure 120~149 mmHg),the observation group 5(pressure 150~179 mmHg),with 30 cases in each group.30 cases of routine care patients were selected as the control group.The clinical effect of DVT prevention in the 6 groups was compared.Results:The incidence of DVT in the control group was higher than that of the other 5 groups,the incidence of the observation group 1 was higher than that of the other 4 observation groups,and the observation group 2 was higher than that of the group 3,4,and 5,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of DVT among the group 3,4,and 5(P>0.05).Conclusion:When applying the pressure air wave pressure therapy instrument to stroke patients,setting the pressure to 90~119 mmHg can obtain a better therapeutic effect,and the prevention effect of deep vein thrombosis of the patients is the best.
