风险管理在高龄髋部骨折护理中的应用及减少不安全事件发生率的研究

The application of risk management in the nursing of elderly hip fractures and the study on reducing the incidence of unsafe incidents

目的:研究高龄髋部骨折患者运用风险管理的效果。方法:2020年3-10月收治高龄髋部骨折患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组采用常规管理方式;观察组采用风险管理方式。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度、风险因素认知率、护理文书规范率及护理质控评分均高于对照组,不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高龄髋部骨折患者实施风险管理,跌倒、坠床等不良事件发生率明显减少,风险因素认知度显著提升,对患者疾病康复具有重要作用。

Objective:To study the effect of risk management in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:From March to October 2020,68 elderly patients with hip fracture were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional management methods.The observation group adopted risk management methods.We compared the management effects of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction,risk factor cognition rate,nursing document standard rate and nursing quality control score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of risk management for elderly patients with hip fractures has significantly reduced the incidence of adverse events such as falls and bed falling,and significantly improved the awareness of risk factors,which plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients.
