护理干预对急性脑血栓患者早期康复的效果观察

Effect of nursing intervention on early rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis

目的:探讨护理干预对急性脑血栓患者早期康复的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治急性脑血栓患者86例,根据不同护理方法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上采用护理干预。比较两组早期康复效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理运动能力和生活能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性脑血栓患者实施护理干预的效果较好,有利于提高患者康复效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on early rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,86 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the early rehabilitation effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the nursing neurological deficit score was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of nursing motor ability and life ability were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nursing intervention on patients with acute cerebral thrombosis is better,which is conducive to improving the rehabilitation effect of patients.
