应对新冠肺炎突发公共卫生事件的研究

基于此次新冠疫情突发公共卫生事件对社会经济以及居民生活、安全所造成影响的严重性,不论是国家政府还是基层群体均需要对突发卫生事件防控工作予以高度重视。在此次疫情事件既体现了我国对突发公共卫生事件处置及管理水平的进一步提高,同时也暴露了在突发卫生事件管理方面存在的短板,并为加强我国突发公共卫生事件管理机制完善敲响了警钟。本文首先介绍了突发公共卫生事件与应急管理概念,然后介绍提高对突发公共卫生事件防控能力策略,最后对全文做了总结。

Based on the severity of the impact of public health emergencies of novel coronavirus pneumonia on social economy and residents'life and safety,both the national government and grass-roots groups need to attach great importance to the prevention and control of public health emergencies.The epidemic situation not only reflects the further improvement of the management level of public health emergencies in China,but also exposes the shortcomings in the management of public health emergencies,and for strengthening the management mechanism of public health emergencies in China sounded the alarm bell.This paper first introduces the concept of public health emergencies and emergency management,then introduces the strategy of improving the ability of prevention and control of public health emergencies,and finally summarizes the full text.
