摘要
在分析将OBE教育理念引入财务管理专业的必要性后,文章从定义专业层面的预期学习产出、设计课程体系并定义核心课程层面的预期学习产出、采用合适的教学方法和手段、构建实际学习产出评估体系等几个方面展开探讨,最终实现财务管理专业的培养模式从传统教育输入的强调转变为教育输出的强调,提升财务管理专业人才培养质量。
After analyzing the necessity of introducing OBE education concept into the financial management major,this article discusses the aspects such as defining the expected learning output at the professional level,designing the curriculum system and defining the expected learning output at the core curriculum level,the teaching methods and means taken,and the construction of actual learning output evaluation system.And finally,it is realized that the training mode of financial management major changes from the emphasis on traditional education input to education output,and the talent training quality of financial management major is improved.
