先天性心脏病伴肺动脉高压患儿超声参数变化同肺动脉压收缩指数的相关性分析

摘要 目的:探讨先天性心脏病伴肺动脉高压(PAH)患儿超声参数变化同肺动脉压收缩指数的相关性。方法:选取2019年9月—2020年12月本院先天性心脏病患儿64例,依据是否伴有PAH分成两组,即PAH组与非PAH组,均为32例,另在同期选取27例健康儿童为健康组,用超声心动图对三组的心脏超声参数进行测定。结果:PAH组的QRS波及P波的持续时长、峰值与肺动脉收缩压指数之间呈现显著的正相关(P<0.05)。结论:针对先天性心脏病伴PAH患儿,其QRS、P波的峰值及持续时间与肺动脉收缩压指数之间呈现出显著的正关联。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the changes of ultrasound parameters and pulmonary artery systolic pressure index in children with congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension(PAH).Methods From September 2019 to December 2020,64 children with congenital heart disease were divided into PAH group and non PAH group,32 cases in each group.At the same time,27 healthy children were selected as group C.The echocardiographic parameters of the three groups were measured.Results The duration and peak value of QRS wave and P wave in group A were positively correlated with pulmonary systolic pressure index(P﹤0.05).Conclusion the peak value and duration of QRS and P wave in children with congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension are positively correlated with pulmonary systolic pressure index.
