子宫内膜癌术前分期中应用磁共振成像的作用效果

目的:研究分析磁共振成像对子宫内膜癌术前分期的鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取山东省千佛山医院2019年8月—2020年8月收治的子宫内膜癌患者80例,所选患者均进行磁共振检查,本次实验由影像科两名主治及以上职称医师在未看过病理报告的情况下,分析患者子宫内膜癌病灶情况并进行分期。意见一致确诊为分期意见,不同时交予上级医师进行诊断。将80例患者MRI结果作为MRI组,80例患者子宫内膜癌病理作为病理组。分析对比磁共振分期与病理切片分期是否一致来判断磁共振的灵敏性。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件分析数据,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:术前MRI对子宫内膜癌分期只有7例不准确,准确率高达91.25%,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:磁共振检测结果与病理检测结果的一致性较高,磁共振对鉴别子宫内膜癌术前分期效果显著。磁共振成像对子宫内膜癌术前分期的诊断价值较高,对子宫内膜癌敏感性好,可为临床治疗和手术提供参考依据。

Objective To study the differential diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma.Methods 80 cases of endometrial cancer patients in Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected.All the selected patients underwent magnetic resonance examination.In this experiment,two doctors with professional titles or above in charge of the imaging department were employed to analyze the endometrial cancer focus of the patients and conduct staging without reading the pathological report.Unanimously diagnosed as staging,At the same time to the superior physician for diagnosis.The results MRI 80 patients as MRI group,Pathology of endometrial carcinoma in 80 patients as pathological group.The sensitivity and specificity of magnetic resonance were determined by comparing magnetic resonance staging with pathological section staging.Analysis of data using SPSS 22.0 statistical software,P﹤0.05 was statistically significant.Results Only 7 cases of preoperative MRI were inaccurate in staging endometrial carcinoma,The accuracy is 91.25%,Not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).Conclusion The results of magnetic resonance imaging and pathological examination are consistent,Magnetic resonance imaging has a significant effect on the preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma.The diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma is high,Good specificity and sensitivity for endometrial cancer,It can provide reference for clinical treatment and operation.
