白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-15水平与毛细支气管炎患儿严重程度的关系

The Relationship between IL-8 and IL-15 Levels and the Severity of Bronchiolitis in Children

目的:分析白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-15(IL-15)水平与呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)毛细支气管炎患儿严重程度的关系。方法:选取2016-01-2018-01本院治疗的100例RSV毛细支气管炎患儿,根据临床病情严重程度,分为三组(轻度组35例、中度组41例、重度组24例)。同期招募健康儿童为对照组21例。测定入组患儿及对照组外周血单核细胞(PBMC)的IL-8 mRNA及IL-15 mRNA水平及血清中的IL-8及IL-15水平,采用小儿危重病例评分法(PCIS)对患儿进行评分,并比较组间差异。结果:轻度、中度、重度各组患儿PBMC的IL-8 mRNA、IL-15 mRNA及血清IL-8、IL-15水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。中度组患儿的IL-8 mRNA和IL-15 mRNA水平高于轻度组和重度组(P<0.01),重度组患儿PBMCs的IL-8 mRNA、IL-15 mRNA水平和PCIS评分高于轻度组(P<0.01);重度组患儿的血清IL-8、IL-15水平和PCIS评分高于轻度组和中度组患儿(P<0.01),中度组患儿的血清IL-8、IL-15水平和PCIS评分高于轻度组患儿(P<0.01)。IL-8和IL-15与PCIS评分呈正相关(r=0.842,0.952,P<0.05)。结论:IL-15及IL-8可能参与了小儿RSV毛细支气管炎的疾病进展。

Objective:To analyze the relationship between interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-15(IL-15)levels and the severity of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)bronchiolitis in children.Method:A total of 100 children with RSV bronchiolitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected.According to the clinical severity of the disease,the patients were divided into three groups(mild group 35 cases,moderate group 41 cases,severe group 24 cases).Twenty-one healthy controls were recruited during the same period.The levels of IL-8 mRNA and IL-15 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)and the levels of IL-8 and IL-15 in serum were measured.The pediatric critical illness scoring(PCIS)was used to score the children,and the differences between groups were compared.Results:The levels of IL-8 mRNA,IL-15 mRNA and serum IL-8 and IL-15 in mild,moderate and severe groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The leves of IL-8 mRNA and IL-15 mRNA in the moderate group were higher than those in the mild and severe groups(P<0.05),PCIS scores and the levels of IL-8 mRNA and IL-15 mRNA in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group(P<0.05).PCIS scores and the levels of serum IL-8 and IL-15 in severe group were higher than those in mild and moderate group(P<0.05),PCIS scores and the levelsof serum IL-8 and IL-15 in moderate group were higher than those in mild group(P<0.05).IL-8 and IL-15 were positively correlated with PCIS score(r=0.842,0.952,P<0.05).Conclusion:IL-15 and IL-8 may be involved in the progression of pediatric RSV bronchiolitis.
