摘要
优质炼焦用煤作为特殊和稀缺煤种,可优先用于冶金、化工、材料等行业但限制其直接燃烧。淮南矿区煤炭资源较为丰富,简介淮南潘谢新区资源情况并预测2021~2025年潘二矿、潘三矿、潘北矿、朱集矿、顾北矿、张北矿的炼焦精煤产能,结合煤质指标对潘谢新区洗选炼焦精煤及动力煤的吨原煤进行售价分析,对比潘谢新区原煤由动力煤改洗炼焦精煤后的经济效益,探讨淮南动力用气煤改选为炼焦精煤的溢价。由探讨可知,淮南矿业集团积极探索产品结构优化方案,基于潘谢新区煤层履层深度和煤层变质程度的内在关联,加快推进产品结构的调整步伐以实施精煤战略,将稀缺煤种的内在价值发挥至最大化并助推企业转型升级,发展精煤战略以提高精煤产量,从而实现溢价增收。潘谢新区适合入选精煤的原料煤资源在逐渐增加,目前已完成炼焦煤的选煤厂发展规划,精煤挥发分指标基本控制在38%左右;2020年淮南矿业集团精煤产量达700万t,且在“十四五”规划中其精煤产量呈继续上涨趋势。对潘谢矿区原煤进行精煤洗选加工,可为淮南矿区稀缺炼焦煤的合理开发利用提供科学依据与技术支持,并有效弥补我国焦煤资源的不足。
High quality coking coal as a special and scarce coal,can be used in metallurgy,chemical industry,materials and other industries,but its direct combustion is limited.Huainan mining area has rich coal resources.This paper briefly introduced the resources of Panxie new area in Huainan,and forecasts the coking clean coal production capacity of Paner mine,Pansan mine,Panbei mine,Zhuji mine,Gubei mine and Zhangbei mine from 2021 to 2025.Combined with the coal quality index,it analyzed the selling price of raw coal per ton for washing coking clean coal and steam coal in Panxie new area.By comparing the economic benefits of changing raw coal from steam coal to coking clean coal in Panxie new area,the premium of changing gas coal to coking clean coal in Huainan power plant was discussed.It can be seen from the discussion that Huainan mining group actively explores the optimization scheme of product structure,deeply studies the internal relationship between the depth of coal seam and the degree of coal seam metamorphism in Panxie new area,speeds up the pace of product structure adjustment to implement the clean coal strategy,maximizes the intrinsic value of scarce coal,promotes the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,develops the clean coal strategy,and improves the clean coal output.Thus,the premium income can be achieved.At present,the development plan of coking coal preparation plant has been completed,and the volatile index of clean coal can be controlled at about 38%.In 2020,the group’s clean coal production has reached 7 million tons,and in the“fourteenth five year”plan,its clean coal production continues to rise.Clean coal washing and processing of raw coal in Panxie mining area can provide scientific basis and technical support for the rational development and utilization of scarce coking coal in Huainan mining area,and effectively make up for the shortage of coking coal resources in China.
