摘要
为探讨隧道开挖的花岗岩洞渣加工机制砂在混凝土预制T梁中的应用可行性,依托三峡翻坝江北高速公路项目,研究花岗岩洞渣机制砂配制C50混凝土的力学性能与耐久性能,通过静载试验验证该机制砂混凝土预制T梁的承载能力。结果表明,利用隧道花岗岩洞渣生产的机制砂可以制备出具有力学性能优良且具有高抗渗和抗冻性能的C50混凝土,且该机制砂混凝土预制T梁的刚度、强度及抗裂性满足设计要求。
In order to explore the technical feasibility of the application of manufactured sand used in precast concrete T-beam,the mechanical properties and durability of C50 grade concrete prepared by the granite manufactured sand were investigated based on the Three Gorges Fanba Jiangbei highway project,and the bearing capacity of the manufactured sand concrete precast T-beam was verified through the static load test.The results show that the manufactured sand made from tunneling granite mucks could be used to prepare C50 concrete for precast T-beam with excellent mechanical properties and high impermeability and frost resistance,and the rigidity,strength and crack resistance of the precast T-beam meet the design requirements.
