基于GPR的沥青路面厚度检测及均匀性评价 被引量:2

摘要 为改善传统钻芯取样方法效率低且有损的情况,采用探地雷达无损检测设备对汉十高速公路沥青路面厚度进行测量,通过对比探地雷达与钻芯取样测得的沥青路面厚度数据来验证其检测的可靠性,并进一步对沥青路面厚度均匀性进行评价。结果表明,①探地雷达对沥青路面厚度的检测精度达99.7%,可作为对沥青路面厚度检测的有效手段;②沥青路面厚度平均值为17.03 cm,达标率仅为12.16%,表明沥青路面整体厚度情况较差;③沥青路面厚度均匀性较好,但局部位置变异性较大,需要对该位置进一步检测,以防出现严重病害影响行车安全。 To improve the problem of low efficiency and damage of traditional core drilling sampling method,the ground penetrating radar(GPR)nondestructive testing equipment is used to measure the thickness of asphalt pavement of Wuhan-Shiyan Expressway.The reliability of GPR detection is verified by comparing the thickness data of asphalt pavement measured by GPR with that of drilling core sampling,then the thickness uniformity of asphalt pavement is further evaluated.The results are as follows:firstly,the precision of detecting thickness of asphalt pavement by GPR is 99.7%,so GPR can be used as an effective method to detect thickness of asphalt pavement;secondly,the average thickness of asphalt pavement is 17.03 cm,and the reaching rate is only 12.16%,so it is indicated that the overall thickness of the asphalt pavement is poor;thirdly,the overall thickness uniformity of asphalt pavement is good,but the local position variability is large,so it is necessary to further detect this position in order to prevent serious damages from affecting driving safety.
