摘要
文中通过对长江海事局2014-2017年的科技项目进行连续性跟踪评测,采用层次分析法,建立了系统、完备的科技项目成果转化评估机制和评估工作指南,以完善和指导科技项目成果转化机制工作,实现对其全过程监督管控。结果表明,通过在科技项目管理过程中应用评估工作指南,科技项目成果转化率明显得到提高。
In this paper,through the continuous tracking and evaluation of the scientific and technological projects of the Changjiang MSA from 2014 to 2017,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to establish a set of scientific,systematic and complete evaluation mechanism and work guide for the transformation of scientific and technological project achievements,so as to enrich and improve the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological project achievements of the Changjiang MSA,and realize the whole process supervision and control of scientific and technological projects.The results show that the conversion rate of scientific and technological project achievements has been improved obviously by applying the evaluation work guide in the process of marine science and technology project management.
