枣专用微生物菌剂对干旱区骏枣园土壤养分及土壤酶活性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 【目的】研究枣专用微生物菌剂对干旱区不同土壤类型骏枣园土壤养分及土壤酶活性的影响,为枣园因地制宜合理施肥提供科学依据。【方法】选取棕漠土及灌淤土骏枣园作为研究对象,设置6个无拮抗微生物菌剂组合处理,采集土壤样品,测定土壤化学特性及土壤酶活性,并进行单因素方差分析及冗余分析。【结果】对于不同类型骏枣园土壤,枣专用微生物菌剂能够起到降低土壤pH、提高土壤养分利用率及土壤酶活性的作用;同一种微生物菌剂对不同土壤类型的作用效果不同,但总体上枣专用微生物菌剂对灌淤土类型骏枣园土壤的作用效果更好,说明枣专用微生物菌剂的筛选需要考虑土壤类型;土壤酶活性与土壤有机质及速效磷养分关系密切。【结论】不同菌剂处理对土壤养分及酶活性的影响不同,但总体有利于土壤养分转化利用率的提高以及土壤酶活性的提高,且施用效果会因土壤类型的不同产生差异性。 【Objective】The study aimed to study the effects of special microbial inoculums for jujube on soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities of different jujube orchards in arid regions,and to provide scientific basis for rational fertilization of jujube orchards according to local conditions.【Method】Brown desert soil and irrigated soil jujube orchard were selected as the research objects.Six microbial inoculants were combined for treatment,soil samples were collected,soil chemical characteristics and soil enzyme activities were measured,and single factor analysis of variance and redundancy were performed.analysis.【Result】For different types of Jun jujube orchard soil,the special microbial inoculum of jujube could reduce soil pH,improve soil nutrient utilization and soil enzyme activity;The same microbial inoculum had different effects on different soil types,but In general,the special microbial inoculum for jujube had a better effect on the soil of Jun orchard,a type of irrigation silt,which indicated that the selection of special microbial inoculum for jujube needs to consider the soil type;Soil enzyme activity was closely related to soil organic matter and available phosphorus nutrients.【Conclusion】The effects of different fungicide treatments on soil nutrients and enzyme activities are different,but overall it is conducive to the improvement of soil nutrient conversion and utilization and the improvement of soil enzyme activities,but the application effect will vary depending on the soil type.
