Design and Implementation of a Quality Control System for Basic Patient Information on the Inpatient Medical Record Home Page

为有效提升住院病案首页数据质量,结合住院病案首页填写规范与实际填写情况研究住院病案首页患者基本信息校验规则,基于SpringBoot等JavaWeb开发技术设计并开发了住院病案首页患者基本信息质控系统。系统能够对已经采集的病案首页数据进行校验,生成校验报告,为后续的病案首页数据规范填报提供帮助,初步实现患者基本信息校验过程自动化。该系统能够辅助病案填报人员更规范地填写与整理病案,有利于提高病案首页数据质量。

In order to effectively improve the quality of the inpatient medical record home page,combines the standard and actual filling of the inpatient medical record home page to study the verification rules of patient basic information on the inpatient medical record home page.Based on JavaWeb development frameworks such as SpringBoot,design and develop a quality control system for patient basic information on the inpatient medical record home page.The system can further verify the collected data onthe inpatient medical record home page,and generate a verification report to provide help for the subsequent standard filling of the data on the inpatient medical record home page,and initially realize the automation of the patient basic information verification process.The system can assist medical record filing personnel to fill in and organize medical records in a more standardized manner,which is conducive to improving the data quality of the inpatient medical record home page.
