320MW核电汽轮发电机组优化升级改造二回路适应性分析研究

摘要 针对秦一厂320 MW机组的运行许可证延续(OLE),分析研究了汽轮发电机组优化升级改造方案的二回路辅助系统适应性。开展了秦一厂320 MW核电机组二回路辅助系统的热交换器负荷适应性、汽水系统管道适应性以及水泵适应性的分析研究,完成了凝结水泵和凝结水升压泵的摸底试验,给出了秦一厂320 MW核电汽轮发电机组优化升级改造的两个技术方案二回路适应性的分析结果。结果表明,除了1号高压加热器以外,秦一厂核电机组二回路辅助系统的其他热交换器、汽水管道和水泵能够适应优化升级两个改造方案的增容能力。建议更换1号高压加热器,以增加其换热面积与热负荷。 Aiming at the operating license extension(OLE)of the 320 MW Qinshan N PP,the adaptability of the secondary circuit auxiliary system for the optimization and upgrading scheme was studied.The adaptability of the heat exchanger load,steam-water system pipes and water pumps of the secondary circuit auxiliary system were analyzed.The tests of the condensate pump and the condensate booster pump were completed.The analysis results of the adaptability of the secondary circuit of the two technical schemes for the optimization and upgrading of the 320 MW Qinshan nuclear power turbine generator are given.The results show that,in addition to No.1 high-pressure heater,the other heat exchangers,steam-water pipes and pumps of the secondary circuit auxiliary system of Qinshan I can adapt to the capacity expansion of the two upgrade schemes.It is recommended to replace No.1 high pressure heater to increase its heat exchange area and heat load.
