摘要
为配合秦一厂320 MW机组运行许可证延续专项汽轮机增容改造后核岛运行总参数(NSSS功率、一回路平均温度)的分析计算,保证蒸汽发生器出口蒸汽压力与流量满足常规岛增容后的新要求。本研究基于THETA程序建立了蒸汽发生器热工模型,通过迭代计算,优化调整蒸汽发生器出口参数来确定新的核岛运行总参数。研究结果表明,在NSSS功率1002 MWt、一回路平均温度297℃的总参数下,蒸汽发生器出口蒸汽可满足常规岛增容的总要求,且设备运行性能参数良好。
For power raising and renewal of the operation license of Qinshan 320 MW unit,a new set of plant parameters(NSSS power,primary coolant average temperature)need to be determined so that the pressure and flow rate of the outlet steam of the steam generator meet the new requirements of the conventional island.An iterated calculation was carried out using THETA code in search of a proper set of plant parameters for the optimization of the outlet steam.The calculation prediction suggests that NSSS power shall be 1002 MW and primary coolant average temperature shall be 297℃and the steam generator shall produce required steam under new plant parameters for the upgraded conventional island with good performance.
