Brief Analysis of the Speed Measurement System of the Reactor Coolant Pump

主泵即反应堆冷却剂泵,它是反应堆冷却剂回路中唯一高速旋转的机械设备,也是压水堆核电厂重要设备之一。由于主泵转速信号经常出现异常,尤其是主泵转速产生高漂,为解决主泵转速高漂问题,本文主要对主泵转速监测系统的原理和功能出发,通过对秦二厂2号机组大修期间,主泵转速机箱及探头改造现场实践遇到的故障进行分析和试验,通过模拟现场缺陷进行分析和论证,提出了合理的解决方法,即提高转速机箱阈值和增大转速探头安装间隙,解决了主泵转速高漂和转速跳变问题,为后续的设备维护提供检修思路。

The pirmary pump is the reactor coolant pump,which is the only high-speed rotating mechanical equipment in the reactor coolant circuit,and also one of the important equipment of PWR nuclear power plant.Because the primary pump speed signal often appears abnormal,especially the high drift of the primary pump,in order to solve the problem of the high speed drift of the primary pump,this paper focuses on the principle and function of the primary pump speed monitoring system.During the maintenance of the Unit 2 of Qinshan NPP,this paper analyzes and tests the faults encountered in the field practice of the primary pump speed case and probe upgrading.Through the analysis and demonstration of simulated field defects,the reasonable solutions are put forward,i.e.increasing the threshold value of the speed box and increase the installation clearance of the speed probe,to solve the problems of high speed drift and speed jump of the primary pump,and to provide maintenance ideas for the follow-up equipment maintenance.
