摘要
本文通过故障树的方式对应急柴油发电机单缸排气温度的故障进行原因分析及论证,从燃油供油系统、冷却水系统、涡轮增压器、预润滑油压力等多个故障可能中确认了根本原因为预润滑油压力过高进入气缸造成后燃,并通过润滑油压力调整成功消除了缺陷隐患。
This article carries out cause analysis and argument for the single cylinder exhaust temperature of the emergency diesel generator via fault tree.From multiple possible faults of the fuel oil system,cooling water system,turbocharger,oil pressure,etc.root cause could be identified that:too high lubricating oil pressure enters into the cylinder after combustion,and the defects and hidden troubles are successfully eliminated by oil pressure adjustment.
