摘要
秦山核电厂在其第18次换料大修期间完成了主控室更新项目,为保证项目完成质量,建立了一系列的质量管理方法,分析研究了项目质量管理中所涉及的项目质量策划、质量控制和质量改进等问题,开发出一系列的质量管理手段和措施应用于项目质量管理。项目所采用的质量管理方法取得了切实有效的成果,作为国内核电业界首次执行此类型项目,对核电厂自身以及其他电厂类似项目提供了理论依据和实践经验。
The main control room(MCR)upgrading project was completed in Qinshan I during its 18th refueling outage.In order to ensure the completion quality of the project,a series of quality management methods have been established.This study analyzes and studies the project quality planning,quality control and quality improvement involved in the project quality management,and develops a series of quality management means and measures to be applied to the project quality management.This quality management methods achieved good results.As the first nuclear power plant in China to implement this type of project,it provides theoretical basis and practical experience for itself and similar projects.
