摘要
秦一厂1号机组高压加热器更换是常规岛的重要项目之一,由于高压加热器体积大、重量大,项目涉及的专业、系统多,所以更换难度非常高。该项目涉及的专业有起重、土建、机械、管道、焊接、电气、仪表、保温防腐等。本文主要介绍项目更换涉及的运输和吊装工艺以及风险管控办法,如高压加热器的运输路线选择、专用运输工具设计等,为核电厂高压加热器的更换提供了经验,对国内其他核电厂OLE项目有一定借鉴意义。
The replacement of high-pressure heater in Unit 1 of Qinshan I is one of the important projects of the conventional island.Due to the large volume and weight of high-pressure heater,the project involves many professional systems,so it is very difficult to replace.The project involved in the professional lifting,civil work,machinery,piping,welding,electrics,instrumentation,insulation and corrosion.This paper mainly introduces the transportation and lifting technique and risk control methods involved in the project replacement,such as the selection of the transportation route of the high-pressure heater and the design of the special transportation vehicle,etc.It provides experience for the replacement of the high-pressure heater in the nuclear power plant and has certain reference significance for other domestic nuclear power plant OLE projects.
