摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法结合常压干燥技术,以钛酸丁酯和甲酰胺分别为钛源和化学干燥添加剂,在不同温度进行热处理制得了TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)复合气凝胶;利用XRD、SEM、EDS、BET、红外、TG-DTA分析等表征方法对样品的结构和形貌进行分析,并在紫外光照射下测试了样品对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解效率.结果表明:当热处理温度为700℃时,所制备的TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)复合气凝胶孔径分布均匀,对甲基橙的降解率高达83%.
TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) composite aerogels were prepared by the sol-gel method combined with atmospheric drying technology,and by the heat treatment of butyl titanate as titanium source and formamide as chemical drying additives under different temperatures.The structure and morphology of the samples were analyzed by XRD,SEM,EDS,BET,IR,and TG-DTA analysis,and the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of methyl orange solution was tested under UV irradiation.The results showed that when the heat treatment temperature was 700℃,the pore size distribution of the prepared TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) composite aerogel was uniform and the degradation rate of methyl orange was as high as 83%.
