UASB-ASP系统处理含大蒜素废水性能及动力学研究 被引量:2

Study on the Performance and Kinetics of the Treatment of Allicin-contained Wastewater by UASB-ASP System

摘要 构建上流式厌氧污泥床-活性污泥反应器系统(Up-Flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed-Activated Sludge Process,UASB-ASP),探究该系统处理含大蒜素废水性能及其降解规律.结果表明:当进水COD为4000 mg/L,UASB的HRT为6 h,回流比为300%,ASP的HRT为2.6 h时,系统对COD去除率达98.1%,UASB和ASP出水COD分别稳定在287 mg/L和89 mg/L左右,pH分别稳定在7.5~8.0和8.2~8.8,系统处理性能稳定并实现酸碱平衡.同时,UASB中PN/PS由0.50增至2.06,致使污泥表面疏水性增加,并导致吉布斯自由能降低,形成颗粒污泥.在ASP中,HRT降低致使微生物分泌更多PN和PS以提高自身抵抗能力并形成稳定的菌胶团结构.此外,UASB中COD去除过程符合Grau二阶动力学模型和Stover-Kincannon动力学修正模型,ASP中COD去除过程符合Grau二阶动力学模型.UASB-ASP系统可有效处理含大蒜素废水,出水水质符合《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准. A system combining Up-Flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed and Activated Sludge Process(UASB-ASP)was constructed to treat allicin-contained wastewater.The treatment performance and degradation law were explored.The results showed that the COD removal efficiency was 98.1%under the influent COD concentration of 4000 mg/L,the UASB HRT of 6 h,the reflux ratio of 300%and ASP HRT of 2.6 h.The effluent COD of UASB and ASP was stable at 287 mg/L and 89 mg/L,respectively,while those of pH were stable at 7.5-8.0 and 8.2-8.8.Therefore,the system could achieve stable removal performance and acid-base balance.Meanwhile,PN/PS increased from 0.50 to 2.06 in UASB,which led to an increase of sludge surface hydrophobicity and a decrease of Gibbs free energy,thus promoting the formation of granular sludge.In ASP,the microorganism secreted more PN and PS to enhance resistance ability and promote the formation of stable zooglea with reducing HRT.Moreover,the UASB had a high correlation with Grau second-order model and Modified Stover-Kincannon Model,while the ASP had a high correlation with Grau second-order model.The UASB-ASP system can effectively remove allicin-contained wastewater,and the effluent of the system meets the integrated wastewater discharge standard grade one.
