运气学说指导下敷和汤在眼科临床的应用体会

Clinical application of Fuhe decoction based on the theory of Yunqi in ophthalmology

五运六气理论强调人与天地之间动态节律同步和谐,是中医基本理论的基础和渊源。己亥年为土运不及之年,厥阴风木司天,少阳相火在泉。三因司天16方之一的敷和汤是己亥年运气方。文章主要通过观察敷和汤应用于Meige综合征、视疲劳、眼球震颤等眼科疾病的临床疗效,阐释运气方在眼科的应用方法及其临床适用范围。运气方药味较少、配伍严谨、医理精深,在眼科诊疗中,辨证应用敷和汤可取得较好临床疗效。本文将运气理论与眼部疾病的辨证诊疗相结合,以期为治疗眼科疑难杂症提供新的思路。

The theory of five circuits and six qi(Wuyun Liuqi)emphasizes the synchronization and harmony between human and nature,which is the basis and origin of the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Jihai is the year when earth Yunqi is inadequate,reverting yin referring to wind qi dominates the heaven,lesser yang system referring to ministerial fire in the spring.One of the 16 San-Yin formulae in heaven—Fuhe decoction,is the Jihai year's Yunqi formula.Through observing the clinical efficacy of Fuhe decoction in treating ophthalmic diseases,such as Meige syndrome,asthenopia and nystagmus,we further explained the application methods and scope of Yunqi decoction in ophthalmology.Yunqi decoction has few drugs,strict compatibility and profound underlying medical theory.Favorable clinical effects of ophthalmic diseases can be achieved by syndrome differentiation and treatment with Fuhe decoction.The combination of the theory of Yunqi and ophthalmic diseases differential diagnosis and treatment is expected to provide new ideas for curing ophthalmic diseases.
