阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的研究阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法200例冠心病患者,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组采用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组心功能指标、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及血压、血脂水平。结果治疗后,观察组收缩压(83.21±1.03)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(121.03±1.85)mm Hg、甘油三酯(1.52±0.35)mmol/L、总胆固醇(4.68±1.35)mmol/L均低于对照组的(94.68±1.32)mm Hg、(137.58±1.30)mm Hg、(3.20±1.02)mmol/L、(6.28±1.33)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者实施阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗取得显著效果,不仅能改善患者心功能,还能改善患者血压以及血脂水平,同时具有极高安全性。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into observation group and control group according to random lottery grouping method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated atorvastatin and trimetazidine.The cardiac function indicators,therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,blood pressure,and blood lipid level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(83.21±1.03)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),diastolic blood pressure(121.03±1.85)mm Hg,triglycerides(1.52±0.35)mmol/L and total cholesterol(4.68±1.35)mmol/L of the observation group were lower than(94.68±1.32)mm Hg,(137.58±1.30)mm Hg,(3.20±1.02)mmol/L and(6.28±1.33)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of atorvastatin and trimetazidine has significant effect on patients with coronary heart disease,which can not only improve the cardiac function patients,but also improve the blood pressure and blood lipid level,and has extremely high safety.
