外周血白细胞、C反应蛋白、降钙素原在新生儿感染性肺炎诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the practical value of peripheral white blood cells,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the diagnosis of neonatal infectious pneumonia

目的探讨外周血白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)在新生儿感染性肺炎诊断中的应用价值。方法选取110例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿作为研究组,另取90例健康新生儿作为对照组。两组新生儿在空腹状态下采集静脉血,进行离心处理,取血清进行分装并保存,分别检测并比较两组新生儿的WBC、CRP、PCT水平,并比较研究组治疗前后WBC、CRP以及PCT水平。结果研究组WBC、CRP以及PCT水平分别为(24.52±6.76)×10^(9)/L、(25.13±6.78)mg/L、(4.06±1.77)ng/ml,均高于对照组的(10.28±4.22)×10^(9)/L、(5.46±2.44)mg/L、(0.23±0.11)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的WBC、CRP以及PCT水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周血WBC、CRP、PCT可作为新生儿感染性肺炎诊断的敏感指标,三者联合检测对于诊断患儿病情具有重要的作用,且可作为抗感染治疗效果的判断依据。

Objective To discuss the practical value of peripheral white blood cells(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the diagnosis of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods There were 110 neonates with infectious pneumonia as research group,and another 90 healthy neonates as the control group.The venous blood under fasting conditions was collected and centrifuged,and serum was collected for aliquoting and storage.The WBC,CRP,and PCT levels of the two groups were measured and compared,and the WBC,CRP,and PCT levels before and after treatment of the research group were compared.Results The WBC,CRP,and PCT levels of the research group were(24.52±6.76)×10^(9)/L,(25.13±6.78)mg/L and(4.06±1.77)ng/ml,which were higher than(10.28±4.22)×10^(9)/L,(5.46±2.44)mg/L and(0.23±0.11)ng/ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the WBC,CRP,and PCT levels of the research group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral white blood cells,CRP and PCT can be used as sensitive indicators for the diagnosis of neonatal infectious pneumonia,and the combined detection of the three indicators plays an important role in the diagnosis of the disease in children.It can be used as a basis for judging the effect of anti-infective treatment.
