摘要
目的探讨无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的临床疗效。方法80例胃肠息肉患者,随机分成对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用普通消化内镜下高频电刀治疗,研究组采用无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗。对比两组患者炎性因子水平及并发症发生率、复发率。结果研究组穿孔、胃肠胀气、出血和疼痛发生率分别为5.0%、7.5%、0、7.5%,均低于对照组的25.0%、30.0%、20.0%、25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后3、6个月复发率分别为7.5%、12.5%,均低于对照组的27.5%、47.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉可明显提升治疗效果,并且能够降低并发症发生率,改善炎性因子水平,可在临床应用推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of high-frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy on gastrointestinal polyps.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastrointestinal polyps were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary digestive electrotome,and the research group was treated with high-frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy.The inflammatory factor levels,occurrence of complications,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of perforation,flatulence,bleeding,and pain of the research group were 5.0%,7.5%,0% and 7.5%,which were lower than 25.0%,30.0%,20.0% and 25.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate at 3 and 6 months after operation of the research group were 7.5% and 12.5%,which were all lower than 27.5% and 47.5% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level of the research group were obviously lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with gastrointestinal polyps,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients,which can be widely used and promoted in clinical practice.
