比较局麻下腹膜前间隙疝无张力修补术与李金斯坦疝无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果

Comparion on the effect of tension-free preperitoneal hernia repair under local anesthesia and Lichtenstein tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia

目的探讨局部麻醉(局麻)下腹膜前间隙疝无张力修补术与李金斯坦疝无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法60例进行手术的腹股沟疝患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组行局麻下腹膜前间隙疝无张力修补术,观察组行李金斯坦疝无张力修补术。比较两组患者临床指标、并发症发生率及术后1、2 d疼痛评分。结果两组手术时间、通气时间、换药次数、住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后1、2 d的疼痛评分分别为(2.4±0.1)、(1.0±0.2)分,均低于对照组的(3.2±0.3)、(1.8±0.5)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率10.00%与观察组的6.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于腹股沟疝患者,采用局麻下腹膜前间隙疝无张力修补术与李金斯坦疝无张力修补术均可改善患者临床症状,效果相当,但李金斯坦疝无张力修补术患者术后疼痛较轻。

、Objective To discuss the effect of tension-free preperitoneal hernia repair under local anesthesia and Lichtenstein tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 60 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tension-free repair of preperitoneal hernia under local anesthesia,and the observation group was treated with Lichtenstein tension-free hernia repair.The clinical indicators,occurrence of complications,pain score at 1 and 2 d after operation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in operation time,ventilation time,number of dressing change and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).1 and 2 d after operation,the pain score of the observation group were(2.4±0.1)and(1.0±0.2)points,which were lower than(3.2±0.3)and(1.8±0.5)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 10.00% of the control group had no statistically significant difference compared with 6.67% of the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Both tension-free preperitoneal hernia repair under local anesthesia and Lichtenstein tension-free hernia repair can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with inguinal hernia.
