对比传统方法与超声刀在开放甲状腺手术中的应用效果

Comparison on the practical effect of traditional method and ultrasonic scalpel in patients with open thyroid surgery

目的对比传统方法与超声刀在开放甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法500例进行开放甲状腺手术患者,按照计算机编号单双数分为对照组(单数)及观察组(双数),各250例。对照组采用传统方法进行治疗,观察组采用超声刀手术进行治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、切除甲状腺时间、切口长度、住院时间、术中出血量、术后引流量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、切除甲状腺时间、切口长度、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术后引流量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.00%低于对照组的11.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统方法相比较,超声刀在开放甲状腺手术中的效果更佳,可明显缩短手术时间,减少出血量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To compare the practical effect of traditional method and ultrasonic scalpel in patients with open thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 500 patients with open thyroid surgery were divided into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number)according to computer odd-even number method,with 250 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional method,and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic scalpel.The operation time,thyroidectomy time,incision length,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,thyroidectomy time,incision length and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage were less than those of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 6.00% of the observation group was lower than 11.60% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional methods,ultrasonic scalpel has better effect on patients with open thyroid surgery,and it can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce blood loss,and reduce the incidence of complications.
