小儿流感采用帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of peramivir sodium chloride injection on children with influenza

目的观察帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液对流感患儿的效果。方法120例流感患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患儿给予磷酸奥司他韦进行治疗,观察组患儿给予帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液进行治疗。对比两组临床效果、治疗前后肝肾功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,两组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CR)水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对流感患儿使用帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液进行治疗效果显著,对肝肾功能的受损程度小,且安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of peramivir sodium chloride injection on children with influenza.Methods A total of 120 children with influenza were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate,and the observation group was treated with peramivir sodium chloride injection.The clinical effect,liver and kidney function indexes before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 78.33% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(CR)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 16.67% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peramivir sodium chloride injection has a significant therapeutic effect for children with influenza,and it can reduce the degree of damage to liver and kidney function,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
