干法渗透陶瓷坯体的制备及其性能研究

摘要 主要采用水磨钾长石、56砂、水磨石粉、龙岩球土、水洗球土、硅酸锆等为主要原料,通过正交实验优化配方。以外加的方式探究了助红剂对面料各性能的影响。实验结果表明,当选面料最优配方组合,外加助红剂2.0时所制备的面料与原厂底料相匹配,结合性能良好。此时面料红度值为11.74,收缩11.70%,膨胀系数9.0207×10^(-6)/℃。 Potassium feldspar,56 sand,terrazzo powder,Longyan nodular soil,washed nodular soil and zirconium silicate were used as main raw materials,and the formula was optimized by orthogonal experiment.In addition,the influence of red aid on fabric properties was explored.The experimental results show that the fabric prepared with the optimal formula combination and the addition of 2.0 red aid agent matches the original substrate and has good bonding performance.At this time,the fabric redness value is 11.74,shrinkage is 11.70%,and expansion coefficient is 9.0207×10^(-6)/℃.
